Review: I Can’t Find Anyone To Help Me.

I was talking to a customer in their garage and asked about a hole in the ceiling. She said to me that she could not find anyone to make the repair and that the last 2 people who said they would fix it never returned or called. I wish this was an isolated incident but it is becoming more common to hear this from customers. People are not very happy right now because it’s hard to find anyone to fix anything. 

Are you a small business that needs customers because the Top 3 on search apparently do not have time for her. This is where the smaller more personal business owners can shine simply by being honest and fair.

My neighbor across the street has a home built in 1963 and the main plumbing drain line from the laundry room to the city sewer near the street needed to be replaced because it was old cast iron pipe. The total distance was about 60 feet and needed PVC etc to replace it. First quote, $20,000. 2nd quote $10,000. I referred a local plumber and his cost to complete the project was $6,000. The customers are screaming for help and what they are getting many times is a busy, often overloaded referral, from the search engines that are only showing results from the Top 3 of the 3 Pack Ads, while the other business owners do not get referred at all.
